Seizing opportunities

Break Ground Developments is not your traditional property developer.  We seek out unique opportunities that fit our specific model and make those opportunities available to you.

Our Story

Break Ground is a property developer with a difference: supplying affordable housing development opportunities  to the public. By offering a low point of entry, first time investors have the opportunity to be a part of investing in large property developments. These opportunities are traditionally only able to be accessed by sophisticated investors. Break Ground is a simple idea to provide low cost housing for first home buyers and great opportunity to first time investors, retail investors and SMSF. In fact, anyone can do this.

Break Ground will give you the chance to invest in a land bank to title purchase and turn it into a house and land package, reaping up front capital growth, long term investment returns and long-term capital growth returns allowing you to depreciate the cost of the build.

Our Team

Tanya Graham – Founder

My name is Tanya Graham, the principal of Assist Group Australia (AGA). l created Break Ground Developments to enable normal people to chase the Aussie dream of being a property developer.

I wanted to enable people with little to no real estate experience to be able to share in the profits that are usually only reserved for wealthy investors.

I have spent my entire career helping people in financial trouble, volunteering for charities that are near and dear to my heart, and now with Break Ground, assisting ordinary people to chase extraordinary dreams.

Daniel Wick - QLD Projects Manager

Daniel joined Break Ground with a history of success in the areas of Project Management, Team Building, and Marketing. Daniel has successfully managed projects for clients just starting out in business and for companies turning over $30M+ annually.

A resident of and business owner in the Bundaberg Region for almost 20 years, Daniel has a great knowledge of the area and strong relationships in the business community.

Caring For Kobe

Kobe has a very rare genetic degenerative disease as well as cerebral palsy. Kobe required much needed equipment, so Tanya took it upon herself to organise a huge successful fundraising event. Tanya sourced a couple of well known people to attend, Brendan Fevola and The Sonya & Sacha Show to host an amazing night.
