On 12 Jan 2021, Break Ground Developments commenced earthworks on our first project, Emerald Court Estate. Located at 48 Cutler Crescent in Churchill, VIC, this 33 lot estate will provide a much needed boost to a region that is currently suffering from both a lack of new housing and of modern rental properties.
With the availability of the First Homebuyer’s Grant and the Building Grant, there has been tremendous interest in the project, with 21 lots already under buyers’ commitment.
The CEO of Break Ground Developments, Tanya Graham had the following to say about the project:
“My team have been working extremely hard to get this project off the ground, and I’m absolutely thrilled earthworks is well underway. The Median house price in Churchill is up 20.6% in just 12 months, up to September 2020. Higher than any other town in the Latrobe shire. 48 Cutler Crescent is a 33 Lot sub-division designed for affordable living with house and land packages priced to match.

Break Ground Developments is now poised to continue contributing to the efforts already made by the Latrobe Shire to further the development of the region, creating new business opportunities and housing solutions. We believe that this area will be a vibrant centre for growth as many people are electing to take opportunities outside of the major cities, or simply relocate for the lifestyle while making use of the excellent public transport to continue working in the city.
We are excited to play a role in the growth of the Latrobe Shire and look forward to breaking ground shortly on other projects in the area, namely Silcocks Road in Churchill, as well as both Church Street and Crinigan Road in Morwell.
